This update fixes a few issues and brings some new problems which is mentioned in known issues. One of the issue is that devices with ARM based chips could not login to the Microsoft services. It took longer to get this issue acknowledged by Microsoft, moreover nearly a week after the company released the update for windows 11 and Windows 10 ARM chipset-based devices.
